Meet Truc Phuong Nguyen, Senior HR Manager.

Phuong studied at the Post and Telecommunication Institute of Technology in Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Business Administration. With over 12 years of practical experience in HR, Phuong commenced working at Acclime in 2017 as Senior HR Manager, where she looks after the labour and human resources compliance for international investors in Vietnam, supporting them with HR structuring, outsourcing and staffing services.

Organizations in Vietnam consider HR processes and the regulatory requirements to implement these processes critical for the security and growth of their business in country. To enable this growth, Phuong focuses on designing efficient and agile systems and procedures, tailored for individual client’s needs, ensuring full compliance with the Vietnamese laws and international standards.

Phuong’s expertise and dedication in Human Resources management stems from her passion to work with people, support their growth and enable them to create value for the organization and community they are part of. With this mindset, Phuong considers that her key achievement as a manager and leader is reflected in the value and development of her colleagues and peers.

Personally, Phuong enjoys spending time with her relatives, talking and playing with children, drawing and doing fun activities together with them and her family.
