Meet Thang Nguyen, Senior Accountant.

Thang studied at the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Auditing, and commenced working at Acclime in March 2019 as Senior Accountant. Thang’s core responsibilities are reviewing accounting and tax reports and engaging directly with clients to ensure they are compliant and protected from a statutory, tax and structural perspective.

While dealing with international investors undertaking business in the Vietnamese market, Thang learned quickly that the most effective way to assist them is to have a deep understanding of the issues they face and always focus on their specific needs and priorities.

Thang’s growth and development at Acclime stems from a genuine desire to solve problems, to identify key issues which may not seem relevant to others and tackle them diligently and passionately. Having the opportunity to contribute to the success of his clients brings Thang a deep sense of satisfaction and purpose and enables him to advance his professional growth and practical experience.

Each problem solved is a steppingstone to becoming a more experienced professional, a better expert.

Outside his work, Thang tries to meditate as often as possible, using simple breathing techniques to calm his body and mind. He also enjoys tremendously talking with people, finding out about their life experiences and their knowledge, which in turn helps him understand more about the world and learn new things.
