Meet Quan Nguyen, Regional Information Technology Manager.

Quan studied at a NIIT, a leading global talent development center in India and transitioned his education in Ho Chi Minh City when the center opened its first education facility in Vietnam, with a specialisation in information technology. With over 10 years of experience, Quan commenced working at Acclime in 2019 as IT Manager, where he oversaw the hardware and software infrastructure management and technical support.

In 2022, Quan was promoted to Regional Information Technology Manager at Acclime Group, taking new responsibilities related to Microsoft 365 software implementation, management, and support. One of the key projects Quan is working on at the moment together with the regional IT team is the implementation of the ISO27001, international standard for managing data security. This security certification will enable Acclime offices to meet rigorous international standards related to data management, information security, data storage, personal privacy, document management and internal policy implementation.

Acclime is investing significant resources to ensure our clients have complete data security and privacy and can rely on safe and secure policies implemented across all Acclime jurisdictions, in line with the highest international standards. Quan is confident that the ISO27001 certification will be implemented in Vietnam within Quarter 3, 2023 which will bring a significant improvement to the current document and data management processes and security.

In his free time, Quan enjoys going fishing with his brother by the riverside in Dong Nai province, near Ho Chi Minh City. This activity enables him to stay in touch with nature, free his mind and enjoy wonderful moments with his family and friends.
