Meet Giang Vu, Senior Consultant – Accounting and Tax.

This month, we’re excited to spotlight Tra Giang, our Senior Consultant – Accounting and Tax based in Ho Chi Minh City. She started with our company as an Accounting Officer and has now turned that into a Senior Accountant with us. Her dedication and strategic insight have elevated our team and has driven outstanding results.
How did you start your journey at Acclime?
Before joining Acclime, I worked as an AP accountant at a multinational company. At that time, I wanted to broaden my knowledge and gain experience from different types of businesses, so I decided to apply to accounting firms, and I had the opportunity to join Acclime.
How has your role evolved since you started, and what are you most proud of achieving?
Since joining Acclime, I have worked with clients from various industries, handling VAS accounting, tax, banking, and government procedures. I also support international clients as a part of their shared service center, using my experience with multinational companies and ERP systems to ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
What I am most proud of is having the opportunity to use my knowledge and experience to support our clients in solving their problems.
Do you have any hobbies or interests that you’re passionate about?
I love walking slowly in parks or around the city. I also really like swimming too. These activities help me relax, feel grateful, and maintain work–life balance
What are your professional goals for 2026?
There will be many changes in Vietnamese regulations in 2026, so my top priority is to stay updated and support our clients in adapting effectively. I also plan to gain an international certification. In addition, I’m interested in ESG and sustainable accounting and finance, which I believe will be important in the future.
